Offerings

 

Solo and Duo Sessions

Have your Pilates experience personally tailored to you with a 1-on-1 session, or join with a friend or partner for a 1-on-2 session. Great for deeper learning, better refinement, and addressing your individual needs. Private sessions are recommended for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Offered in studio or online via Zoom.

Mat Classes on Zoom

Virtual classes on Zoom are offered for all levels on a weekly basis. Stay consistent in your Pilates practice from the comfort of your own home. Detailed instruction will be offered along with a paced, flowing tempo to keep your body moving. No equipment but a mat is necessary, but if you have props such as rollers, bands, blocks, or weights, we may choose to utilize them.

Downloadable Videos

Do you ever try to replicate what you did in a lesson and find you’ve forgotten how to do it? These videos are meant to help you foster your individual Pilates practice as a way to tide you over between classes or private sessions. Purchase a video to see breakdowns of Pilates exercises, follow along with a workout, or learn how to use home props like rollers and bands.
