Move and groove through Intermediate level Pilates mat work, combining traditional Classical Pilates exercises with add-ons from the Kathleen Stanford Grant tradition and beyond. We may take the time to break down individual exercises and concepts, or we may simply choose to flow through a workout.
Home props are welcomed and encouraged, but not required. Examples include therabands, overballs/SloMo balls, yoga blocks, hand and ankle weights, and foam rollers.
