Solo and Duo Sessions

Have your Pilates experience personally tailored to you with a 1-on-1 session, or join with a friend or partner for a 1-on-2 session. Great for deeper learning, better refinement, and addressing your individual needs. Private sessions are recommended for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Offered in studio or online via Zoom.


Semi-Private Sessions

Many Pilates clients have been students of the work for so long, they are capable of designing their own workout. A semi-private session allows a group of two or three Pilates practitioners to each do an individual workout in studio or online, under the watchful eye of the teacher, who will offer suggestions and tips, or simply be available to answer questions. If you’ve been practicing Pilates in private sessions or in class, and haven’t yet taken the leap to doing your own workouts, give this format a try. You’ll be surprised how educational it can be to be “on your own,” but you will still have your teacher to help you out if you get stuck. Offered in studio or online via Zoom.
