Practicing Pilates while pregnant can be challenging.  Your body is constantly changing, and familiar Pilates exercises become less accessible as your ability to bend, change positions, and hold your weight up in space becomes more limited.  This restorative practice provides options and tips for keeping your muscles and joints supple yet supported through this transitional time.  This practice can also be done as post-natal rehab, or simply as a restorative Pilates session for those who are not currently in a pre- or post-natal phase of life.
